We are looking for an experienced Outbound Calling, Emailing, and Meeting Set-Up Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, clients, and vendors, sending emails, and setting up meetings with USA region clients.
The Outbound Calling, Emailing, and Meeting Set-Up Specialist will be responsible for: Making outbound calls to prospects, clients, and vendors to promote company products and services.
Emailing potential and existing clients to provide information about company products and services.
Setting up meetings with USA region clients.
Building relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Following up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, be highly organized, and have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- The candidate could be a fresh graduate with a minimum of 1-year experience in relevant field
- They should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Should be excellent in English communication.
